    Enjoyable but sometimes it could be overwhelming when dealing with multiple projects or tasks.

    The challengesFor me, I think it would be nice if there is an internal design system that is implemented and used which could then be used and customized based on the project requirement.

    I have a productive and amazing experienced with this company for almost 3 years.
    The good thingsWork life balance company. Friendly environment and good management. Pay salary more than what you expected. Less stressful.
    The challengesHybrid set up maybe but not so issue with me. First time challenge was on how to handle clients but yeah eventually I'm used to it.

    Management is easy to deal with. Colleagues are fun to work with!
    The good thingsYML Group has very friendly employees and the supervisors and managers are friendly. I enjoyed my stay here.
    The challengesNot much challenges but if you are working from the South you will have a hard time commuting going to the office. The location is best to those who are living in the North area.

    The good thingsYML is like working with your family. Working schedule is fixed compared to other companies who requires to change shift every now and then. Gives the employees the opportunity to grow and expand their horizon.
    The challengesSince the company is new to Philippines, there is a limited benefits yet. But they are planning to have it grow and increase the benefits.
