Probably one of the best companies I've worked at.
The good thingsAside from the perks, there's free food and drinks at the pantry. Management is very approachable.
The challengesThere are times that were in a lull especially if we don't encounter much issues within the operations.

Great company but not some managers
The good thingsThe company and board itself are great. They know how to take care of their employees. Above average salary. Hats off to them.
The challengesThe company, big bosses, some expats and perks are great but how some Pinoy managers handle their department is below satisfactory due to poor management . Although, its tolerable.

    Simply one of the best!
The good thingsPreviously we were on a fixed schedule but after reorganization a few years back, we were given a chance to be flexible on our days off and schedules as long as staffing is met during working hours. Free food at the pantry, unlimited drinks. "Open door" policy so you may approach the CEO even if you are just a rank and file employee.
The challengesSince we are a small company, there is not a lot of opportunities given for promotions. Nothing much I can say since I did enjoy the time while working here.

High Salary. Not Stressful. Low Benefits and Perks. Not Sustainable
The good thingsYou'll get average basic pay (22K) even if you're just a newly grad and it's your first employment. You'll get a 12K boost once promoted after a year. Overall, salary is pretty high. The job is easy and less stressful plus only 8 hrs of work. It's all about soccer and numbers. The company is generous on Christmas Day. Lots of prizes. Major prizes are 100K cash and 150K cash plus travel.
The challengesSuper strict on rules. In a broader sense, you can only make 2 major mistakes and you're dismissed no matter how long you've been in the company. Very few incentives and benefits.

I am very happy working in this company because employees are very friendly as well as the management.
The good thingsWe have free foods, transportation allowance, free sauna and massage and we also have sports activity here like basketball, football and volleyball. We also joined outside tournaments. All expenses paid by our office.
The challengesEverything here is good already in this company.

Great company but with little career development
The good thingsFree meal, fruits and drinks, Less stressful when it comes to workload, A nice working environment.
The challengesI advise fresh grads to work here for atleast two years. No trainings provided on most of the employees, atleast give them an internal training as much as possible. Nonetheless it's really a good company to work with :)

    Dead-end Career Starts Here!
The good thingsThe people are very nice to work with.
The challengesNo promotions and salary increase. Cost cutting is always the reason. They dont take good care of their employees.

the company would always have its ups and downs
The good thingsFree food and a relaxed worked environment.
The challengesProfessionalism is at a bare minimum and this is considered as a startup job and not a full-pledge career track.

    Perfect Place for Fresh Grads
The good thingsGreat working environment, clean and secured. Promotes work-life balance. Cool people, fun to be with. The work is straightforward. They will teach you all you need to know. The benefits are also good, with free food and drinks.
The challengesThe only thing that made me leave the company is the slow pace of career growth. If you are studying post-post grad courses, or doing a business alongside working, or still finding the career you are fit for, this is a perfect place.

    GOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The good thingsI love working in YewTree because you will not feel so much pressure and all the employees are very friendly. The ambiance of the office itself is stress reliever and by the generosity of the bosses, it's impossible for us employees to feel hungry.
The challengesthe company should consider giving the employees grace period at least 10 minutes for cases like unexpected congestion of traffic along main roads going to office.

A company that is worth to keep
The good thingsI was looking for a job that is stress-free then I found this company. At first, I thought that this company is similar to BPO but I was wrong. This company was better than any BPO companies out there. Here in our company we value respect, punctuality and responsibility. This company teaches us how to become a good employee by nurturing our mindset towards work. I will never stop loving this job.
The challengesNothing is difficult when you arrive at work on time, focuses on your match and giving all the best that you can.
