Having built a large IT Engineering function in Manila for a global investment bank, Michelle worked closely with high caliber Filipino workers and observed the productive and harmonious relationships they developed with their overseas co-workers. While Michelle was building this capability in Manila, Ian worked In Philadelphia, New York, Hong Kong and Sydney, availing of those same services.
