Happy to leave. Worst game company in PH.
The good thingspizza. awesome teammates. department leads are very talented and skilled and they teach you a lot. can't say the same for the people managing the company.
The challengesthe management is the worst thing about this company, lack of respect to creatives and toxic work culture due to managers' pride (they don't like people who are skilled or know more than them), lack of planning for projects.

Good team, bad management, don't apply here
The good thingsGreat and talented team mates, interesting game projects, learned new things from people you worked with
The challengesNo opportunity for promotion due to the management's ego, very low salary vs the amount of workload you do, workplace politics and immature leadership, crunch time due to impulsive decisions and lack of planning. Again, because of the management.

    Exciting, but draining.
The good thingsWorking on game development is an evolving and exciting field. Working here gave me adrenaline and pushed me to new possibilities.
The challengesAdvice to the management: Please have trust to the capabilities of your employees. A little respect and awareness to their needs will make the company more productive.
