    Good Experience
The good thingsYamaha School of Music is a great school for young and adult dreamers who wish to study music. It has taught me lots of learning as an educator. I started working for the school while I was in college. Despite the heavy schedule, I was able to work things around with the school and they understood my situation.
The challengesThe school can improve on their payrolls for part time and regular teachers. There have been few teachers who leave the company due to the low salary. They can create a better system for the better education of the students.

    A good experience
The good thingsExposure n great training. Fun and challenging. Flexible hours. Good environment n well equipped studios. Get to be creative and do some music and movement and storytelling as opposed to sitting down continuously for hours.
The challengesHave to commit to working 10 hours distributed over Sundays Saturday n weeknights 7-9 pm. Main challenges dealing with parents who sit in the classes. Good pr and communication skills required and guts to play teach sing and do music appreciation involving some dance, storytelling and acting. Must be creative and expressive and be willing to spend much time on lesson planning.
