    Nice place to work but not the best place to stay.
    The good thingsI enjoy working with my colleagues. The stress level in the company is still manageable. I like how the Japanese executives lookout for their employees.
    The challengesOne of the challenges I experience is filling up the vacancies with best applicants. Addition to this, the compensation and benefits of the company. It is not that competitive compare to other known company, though they have good benefits, enough to sustain your needs.

    Selling is like visiting your fellow villagers already while earning through commissions from the quota met.
    The good thingsI have plenty of vacant days after selling, no strict supervisions from superiors while on field, enough salary and it seems like I was just wandering around while selling and meeting quota from sold out bottles of the product.
    The challengesOur working environment has plenty of unnecessary sightings and unplanned events but through the guidance of Almighty, everything is fine.

    Chanllenging quite exciting
    The good thingsBeing with co employees who are dedicated and passionate with their work and I enjoyed to such exciting and challenging task. I enjoyed everything they thought me to enhance my knowledge and skills as long as values and how real corporate world is.
    The challengesI may not totally says I did not enjoy my tenure what I realize is and always bear in my mind that any of corporate you engage with there are alwaya bad things will happen you will failed made mistake sometimes but make sure after that you will get lesson from it.

    The good thingsThe good things starts in the owner and to the employees. Secondly the job fits to the salary and benefits. And we get extra income when you meet your target sales... And last for a regular employees they do have every 2 months sack of rice. And more...
    The challengesThe challenges here is to make your sales up above the minimum target.and make a new client convinced to buy your product.one More thing it's hard to get the employee of the month because you have many competitors , that's one of the challenge I want to achieve
