    The good thingsThey show care for their employees (especially on times where we have to go beyond normal shifts to finish our deliverables).
    The challengesThey provide good company environment, however, we can't help hearing unmotivational words from higher ups. Something that could have been said in nicer ways.

    The good thingsOnly the number of leaves.
    The challengesThere are times that you need to work during weekends. Deadlines should be properly managed to lessen these occurrences. I didn't encounter this on past companies that I've been a part of.
