The challengesThe owner, always blame their people even if the problem is on their end. Like arrival of stocks. This company does not have stocks as always, that's why P.O's were cancelled by the clients. and yet the blame is still on the sales personnel.The company does not have good system. No coordination bet logistics and sales team. No clear direction on the company's process. no training for newly hired people. and the Owner do not pay the right commissions of the sales people. the management do not give transportation and communication allowances. Telephone lines in the office is not working most of the time due to very bad internet connection inside the office.
