    Small unit. Team Effort. BEST.
The good thingsI like the relationship built within the team. Collaboration, communication and each of us including the US Counterpart/client, SUP and SME helps/supports to finish individual and group tasks and goals. I miss working with a team of this kind. It was a small unit at that time so engaging is not a challenge. Rewards/bonuses for achievers. Comfortable workspace. Free meals if you're on OT. Client meet and greet. Clients were professional and kind.
The challengesOTs during peaks season but manageable.

I stayed with Xerox for more than 7 long years. They know how to take care of their people
The good thingsI like working with people with exceptional integrity.
The challengesThe only challenges I could share is that they will require you to do a lot of multi-tasking.

Work is good, but pay could be better.
The good thingsEnvironment, the people, the management and staff. Weekends off and an almost fixed schedule is a big plus.
The challengesCompensation could be better. Annual increase is not consistent. Not too many events inside the company.

More on HR issues and churn
The good thingsFree food during Christmas and New Year's eve. Some freebies.
The challengesThe immediate supervisor should have in any freedom to embarrass and employee and kick out anybody that is a threat to the position he wants. Rules are not clear and the scheduler is inefficient. Salary is not computed well and there is always dispute in overtime pays and number of days present. Vulgar words, unprofessional words and profanity are allowed.Instances of lost valuables/gadgets

The good thingsA good working environment. Team coach is always willing to help and assist the agent in times of need. QA is also approachable when you encountered an error in quality. They teach us the right thing to do. Assisting you in everything you need is also very much appreciated. Quality of work is also important in achieving customer satisfaction.
The challengesThe work itself is a challenge. The work is more on financial documents. So you will be using different kinds of calculator. Computing different kinds of interest is challenging. Learning new tasks with this kind of work is also challenging. Doing different process is quite difficult. Passing all the certifications is much difficult.
