Think of the worst you can think of and multiply it by cancer
The good thingsThe supervisors are good and supportive.
The challengesthe pay is delayed by 2-3 months and most of the time always not complete or by percentage.

Promises that they are better now, but nothings changed (salary wise, months of backlog, delayed pay)
The good thingsSupervisors are helpful and supportive, you can learn a lot from them and are mostly lenient.
The challengesOn worst cases you would experience back to back crunch times, and not even get the gratification of earning a paycheck at the end of the month.

    Delayed Salaries, No benefits
The good thingsFriendly artists and animation supervisors, safe and cozy environment, lots of food-stall outside.

late salaries and not a good environment to work in
The good thingsit was a good company at first but started to be a toxic environment.
The challengesThe salaries are given so late and are too low for the amount of time it takes to do. The management also resolves the problems poorly.

Not perfect but has the best work environment compared to others
The good thingsWhat I like the most is that there's really no politics as it is result-oriented. So it doesn't matter if you're a friend of a friend, or if you're a new employee, or if you've been in the industry long or not. It's also not just about the long hours spent but actually more about the results one produces within the required time. Usually those who complain about Xentrix or its management are those who are unable to meet the demands, not of the company, but of the work itself. Also the salary in Xentrix is right, if not higher, compared to other studios where salary may be too low.
The challengesLess personal life but that's how it is in the creative/art industry (not just in animation).

    Bad Management/ Delayed Salary
The good thingsThe workplace is neat and a good environment
The challengesSalaries are delayed, and the pay of output doesn't compensate the amount of stress and politics, enjoyable to work with all artist here, but the management team are a bit stressful on handling problems

The amount of work you do does not equal to your salary
The good thingsGood working environment. Clean Spaces and happy employees. Good for starting animators (I think?) Safe and full of security outside. Flexible Working Hours for Animators, no dress code for if you work for Weekend
The challengesDelayed salary. Always telling promises about giving our salary but they always failed to fulfill their promises. Does not give any benefits (?) Stressful environment (but happy and funny employees). Security inside is not that great. No CCTV Monitoring starting Midnight to Morning.

    Bad Management/ Late Salary
The good thingsHR was okay before 2017- early 2018, but management was not open to listen to the people's concern and only matters to them is the revenue that tey will be getting
The challengesYour pay does not compensate the amount of stress and politics here
