    The good thingsThe company always look for ways to integrate programs/activities that can help employees relieve stress from work. The company director in the Philippines shows great devotion & support to both the company & employees. They put more weight on an employees good working attitude & professionalism over other things in your resume. They recognize employees for their good deeds and hard work. This is the company which recognizes and values their employees and their contribution to the success of the company.

    The good thingsBosses are very generous and knows how to reward their employees. Fun workplace, salary is above average and the great thing is it is growing so opportunities are there for hard working employees.
    The challengesIn here you live and die by your performance. You have to meet your numbers if you don't after 3 or 4 warnings they will let you go in a nice way.

    The good thingsWorking here is fun as you are surrounded by amazing people and good bosses. A lot of perks and bonuses are also being given away.
