    Great place to work!
The good thingsHealth benefits while working your dream job and at the same time having an excellent time to spend with your family.
The challengesIt is regretful that my contract with this awesome institution had ended, but if given a chance, it would be great if I can find an opportunity to serve with the institution once again.

    Fulfilling but--
The good thingsYou get to experience applying and developing old and new skills for different environmental and conservation projects and campaigns. Exposure and international network is very extensive and can develop one's skill and knowledge.
The challenges- Benefits package - Lack of training/incentive for further development; - Admin and accounting processes; - Salary grade is low compared to skills and contribution to the organization - Equipment and units given are below standard
