    Good enough as a start
The good thingsStarting pay for fresh grads is fairly average. You're allowed a degree of freedom in your work.
The challengesExperience is limited depending on which team you get assigned to.

    A Refreshing kind of work.
The good thingsYoung employees. Laissez faire work culture. Office cats!!!! Also, awesome company events. The office also provides what people need most of the time. And if they do turn them down, it's with a rational reason.
The challengesNot much of an organization yet. Due to work culture, implementing new rules, policies, and suggesting organizational structure could be a bit difficult. Also, benefits and employee wellbeing should also be thought of. And mood swings and/or irrational temper of authorities sometimes.
