Officer-in-Charge of the College (College of Education)
    Aug 2017
5 to 6 years in the role, current employee
This school trained me with a lot of experience aside from teaching.
The good thingsI have learned how to manage people (teachers), create instructional manuals and materials, manage events and improve my hosting skills. Those experiences made me flexible and adaptable. With this I guess I can survive whatever challenge a new workplace would offer.
The challengesEveryday is a challenge working with different people and organizing events.

Bad and good, just for needed experience job.
The good thingsthe colleagues are the best part in working here they are supportive apart from the management team.
The challengesThere changing rules from one meeting to another meeting and so many superiors to impress even if your are in the different department. You have had to deal with what they want other than what the student needs. The very difficult was when they order me to work some illegal papers in order for them to pass the accreditation.
