Wonderful and excitingThe good thingsThe perks, the office, the free food and most especially the team where I am a part of. The location is also nice as the front yard is a clearing where you can do some exercises or strolling during breaks and after your shift.
The challengesCommunicating with your foreign counterparts for a work related concern might be quite a challenge. I feel that there is no clear definition of the work scope under the finance team so this is also a challenge, too.
