It was very informative and immersing.
The good thingsEmployees are friendly and very accommodating. They also teach whatever they can teach you in their job functions. They also include you in almost all job activities that they could expose you to familiarize yourself with the basics of your job.
The challengesAs an intern (academic requirement), there is no allowance. However, they do share their food with you (either because of a birthday celebration or a company event.

    Unappreciative Management
The good thingsThere are a number (and they can be counted on the fingers of my two hands) of leaders who remain positive despite the seemingly insurmountable challenges employees here face on a day to day basis. They maintain the professionalism and respect that are due employees.
The challengesIt is challenging to try to accomplish tasks and projects that have no form of support whatsoever. There are leaders who believe that they can easily replace people who resign from their posts, as their general philosophy is that there are more people who want to work with them.
