Lacking in employee engagement and developmentThe good thingsThey recommend not spending too much time in the office by encouraging employees to finish their work as soon as possible so that they can come home on time. Some of the bosses are incredibly supportive.
The challengesNot all bosses are as supportive; many are too entangled in office politics. The benefits are minimal. The programs that are supposed to engage employees are lacking, poorly structured, and too general to be engaging at all. Training is available, but also too general. It is not really designed to advance any particular career. Management has little to no direction. Project proposals are hardly every supported.
