    LOW SALARY & BENEFITS
The good thingsThe management encourages work-life balance. Hybrid work set-up, 2 days on-site and 3 days work from home.
The challengesLow salary and benefits. 5 days paid leave only. High Turnover rate. You'll be working with multiple business units (you'll learn a lot but workload is not worth the salary)

A good place to start your career, but not for long term employment.
The good thingsThey offer training suitable for the role. Environment is generally good and bosses are approachable. This is neither a good nor a challenge, but I find them laid back compared to other tertiary level hospital in the metro.
The challengesThey need to work out on the employee benefits. They only provide government mandated benefits. They need to step up on appreciating employee value so good employees won't go.

Lacking in employee engagement and development
The good thingsThey recommend not spending too much time in the office by encouraging employees to finish their work as soon as possible so that they can come home on time. Some of the bosses are incredibly supportive.
The challengesNot all bosses are as supportive; many are too entangled in office politics. The benefits are minimal. The programs that are supposed to engage employees are lacking, poorly structured, and too general to be engaging at all. Training is available, but also too general. It is not really designed to advance any particular career. Management has little to no direction. Project proposals are hardly every supported.

    Excellent Work-Life Balance
The good thingsAs much as possible they don't want employees to overstay. They give value on the quality family time as long as you're doing your job right.

    A very challenging experience
The good thingsMy boss has been very supportive. She value our work and life balance. Working environment is averagely good. Benefits were just the government mandated benefits. No uniform scale for salary adjustments and some were being left behind.
The challengesAs a recruiter I find it hard to build the EVP for the company.
