    my second home, a family you can count on
    The good thingsI thoroughly enjoyed working with the management and coworkers. It was a friendly atmosphere and I was motivated to go to work every day. I handled big client that help me to manage my time,I also learned how to think strategies to handle problem. This allowed me to keep moving forward with my work and proved to management that nothing could stop me from completing objectives on time."
    The challengesI think it is normal to have a problem with the company as long as they have a healthy communication with all department,management so the problem can solve in time.

    The good thingsThe good thing with being part of worksavers is being assigned under Ayala's property which is UP-AyalaLand Technohub. The experience is good. I've improved my time management and macro skills in communication. I was exposed with different fields in engineering as well. I was challenge in handling the team and representing Ayala to client meeting.
    The challengesThe challenges I've encountered was with the agency. The one I really hate is giving out payslip on the next cut-off or next next. In short always late. We couldn't have the time to verify. Once the payslip comes then we would notice that some holidays were not payed and it is now hard to have it processed.
