    My Experience in Workcentric
The good thingsWorking with WSCI is a good experience builder. You'll get to work with a lot of people since you are working as a consultant. I would say on an average level when it comes outside work activities, yearly team building, GA's, year-end party. Since it is a small company, you can contact any person immediately. Approachable co-workers.
The challengesManaging employees. They can do a lot better when it comes to managing their employees. A lot of good people are leaving because of small conflicts that can be solved. With a small company, a boss/owner can have so much power that sometimes they can use against an employee. It is not a regular thing but it happens.
