Learn the difference between control and leadership. Listen to your people, not just those who flatter you. Stop rewarding mediocrity and start respecting those who do the heavy lifting quietly. Or continue the way you are — and watch good people leave until only the clueless remain. If you're serious about your career, look elsewhere.
The good thingsYou’ll learn how far your patience can stretch. The only skill you’ll truly develop is how to survive a mismanaged system.
The challengesIncompetent leadership disguised as authority Favoritism, not performance, drives promotions Processes are messy, undocumented, or made on the fly No accountability, no real development path Culture revolves around small talk, cliques, and fake pep talks instead of real execution

This company is a good training ground
The good thingsBased on my almost 3 years of stay here, the only thing good about the company is the trainings, the catch is that there is a corresponding bond with a minimum of 6 months per training
The challengesManagement is greedy, and will not appreciate the effort you bring to company. Go somewhere else not here.

    Working at WSI
The good thingsI have been with WSI for three years now and I love love love the people I am working with and for. This was my first job and I was surprised that I stayed this long. WSI not only has a good working environment, it offers personal growth and development to its employees through Trainings.
The challengesOne this I learned was to deal with demanding customers but that's part of the Job and as a fresh graduate transferring from the Education setting, it was hard to cope up to the stress of the Industry but with the help of my teammates, I was able to push through.
