The good thingsVery stable company that offers above expected salary for qualified candidates. They also conduct trainings and seminars for every department. Well organized and high-tech. Colleagues are so friendly!
The challengesThere are backlogs, and very huge volume of workload so you need to work overtime sometimes 3 times a week. Nonetheless, overtime was paid accordingly.
