    The good thingsThe good thing here is they let the employees to learn new skills with regards to the respective line of business.
    The challengesThe only challenging here is the work scheduling, it makes the team hurt because of the work schedule disorganize.

    The training was awesome and the trainer is truly great
    The good thingsThe ambience is warm and the superiors are vey much helpful with the needs of new employees. They are willing to share best practices with them. Also, the sign on bonus is given on time and there are incentives even during the training aside from the salary itself. Moreover, HMO is available on day 1.
    The challengesMaybe the process of validation of the clinic. It took a lot of time but of course there are a lot of agents to be validated for fit to work.

    The good thingsThe bosses are not just boss but they are Great Leaders who also listen to their employees. The bosses in WNS Alabang are very friendly and you can talk to them casually not like other company that you see them in their suit and you can feel a barrier that you can't just approach them whenever you want. WNS helps their employees specially those who were affected by the Pandemic so called COVID-19. The Bosses helps the employees to paid even if they are not in the office. Thank you WNS for doing what you can for the employees not just for the business itself.

    Good beginnings, sour ending.
    The good thingsPeople are nice to work with, including my team manager, my colleagues and people I get to know from other departments.
    The challengesBecause the program I was with was a pioneer program there were so many things including processes and guidelines that were not very clear to a lot of of the stakeholders. Also, most suggestions are blatantly disregarded. This impacted a lot of people's confidence or patience.

    The work is okay, hmo benefit. 100% covered for first dependent, 75% covred 2nd. Not bad. A lot of opportunities for promotion if you keep the right attitude and show passion at work.
