    Healthy work environment
    The good thingsI enjoyed my stay in the company, we do have team building from time to time. Employees are friendly and easy to collaborate with. Salary is competitive as well as we have monthly allowances and bonus :)
    The challengesIt depends on how you will handle stress and pressure with work.

    Awesome boss and great pay
    The good thingsWork experience is superb, im lucky because I had an awesome boss (M) and (D), pays well, my boss always gave room for mistakes and to grow, also guides us well, work is kinda loaded but it depends(if you work hard and fast, then lesser work load for the following days) crazy but lovable team mates

    The good thingsReliable HR, Friendly working environment they will teach you what you need to know and they don't belittle people/employees, Great Bosses, Good compensation, lots of bonuses, and considerate to employees, I'm really having a good time with this company.. I mean family..
    The challengesfor other departments it shifting schedule, but good thing mine is not.. work is work, diffucult task but attainable, just need to focus and be a responsible employee

    Terrible/heavy work load but will give you enough experience and exposure in software development
    The good thingsThey give attendance Bonus. High experience and exposure levels in java specially on systems integration.
    The challengesNo work life balance, overtime on a weekday. Weekend and holidays work. Super stressful environment. No process. Typical start up. Deadline comes first before the actual requirements. No timelines, they care more about the deadlines.
