    My immediate superior’s approach has become increasingly transactional rather than strategic.
    The good thingsThere is a large population of Gen Z and Millennials in the area, I was able to adapt and adjust to this environment. Since I share a similar wavelength and ideas with this demographic, I am confident I have contributed effectively to the growth of the company.
