Work here whatever department. Smooth-sailing just adhere to company policy or else
The good thingsI was casino surveillance operator since 2018, started out as secondary because PAGCOR managed gaming. Eventually we became PRIMARY. I loved working as an operator and learned a lot from colleagues and especially from our Manager. Im bringing all the knowledge i have learned anywhere i go and work.
The challengesShifting schedules and from experiencing 2 days off then after pandemic back to 1 day off.

    Great training background
The good thingsI am their former OJT. Their F&B department were my training ground. After I graduated I was absorbed as their regular service ambassador. It was a busy schedule esp.on weekends anf when peak months had already started like "BER" months. The management was accommodating. FREE meal, 2 days off. But there were days that we're on a back to back events, very tiring but its fine because the management was nice. Though we're tired and plenty of overtime we were having fun also because the team mates were nice. This hotel trained me so much that I was able to surpass my training for cruiseship. I am now working for a cruise as a bartender. I am grateful to this company and esp.to my superiors from the F&B management.
The challengesSometimes there were days that we were lacked of manpower. So there were a lot of overtime to render.
