    The good thingsGood things working in this company is that because of the challenging part on maintaining the good production on the old but good equipment , there are so many challenges in handling those old but good equipment in operations. Skillful colleagues are awesome.
    The challengesMaybe do something on how to improve the growth of your staff and employees in terms of training, time management, safety and health, working environment and the benefits of your employees especially those who are not regular.
