    Great company to work with
    The good thingsWills International Sales Corp. genuinely cares for the growth, both professionally and personally of the employees. I feel more at home since this company always values a family culture. The management are very supportive to the employees. No wonder, why i stay here for almost 10 years now.
    The challengesno company is perfect, but for me Wills International is the best company i've been so far. :)

    Lucky to landed a job here at WIlls
    The good thingsI feel tremendously lucky to be in this company. A great CEO where he treated me like im part of their family. I learn something new everyday and where my EO team encourages me to experiment, learn and develop my skills. Everybody here from staff to Top Management are very helpful and we all work together as a team.

    The good thingsI have been working at Wills for 3 years Executive Assistant to the President and have seen a lot of growth and changes. Taken together, Wills is the best place i have ever worked. The culture is friendly but very smart. I considered Wills as my second family. I feel grateful and proud to work for a BOss with a big heart.

    I still learn new things everyday
    The good thingsbeing part of this community widen my community, contact and knowledge.Company had this yearly community outreach program-helping people which is really a very good example. Its my first time to encounter a company like this.Free snacks everyday. Office is very clean. Almost everybody is provided with laptop.

    amazing place for career and personal development
    The good thingsall the staff are fantastic and the President is amazingly very supportive. Nice and comfortable place to work. Very clean office. We are given flexi schedule just recently.

    A company filled with people of INTEGRITY
    The good thingsthe culture of the company is great and everybody here are amazing with so many outstanding sales person/ staff/ managers that are so fun to be around. we have deadlines and quotas to meet but management makes it feel more easier to achieve as we are helping each other.

    one of the best company to work with
    The good thingsIm barely 3 mos here and being new in this company, new in the industry and holding the new position, i never expected the support that top management is giving me. The President is very honest and gives constructive criticism and he is open to any suggestion. He listens and he communicates to all of us.Learning is a never ending process. and from time to time, there are trainings and seminars being conducted here.
    The challengesim experiencing the greatest challenge since this is totally a different industry from where i came from but nevertheless, VP, AVP and all other DH, they make sure that they are there when i needed their inputs.

    It's all about performance!
    The good thingsThey offer a good salary package and they have a better facilities. Your hard work is paid well specially if you are in Sales the promotion is fast and they really offer a high salary and incentives.
    The challengesYou have to deal with the fast phasing environment and need to cope up well. Need to meet also the standard of the owner in order to stay for long.

    Family-owned business
    The good thingsSince this is a family owned company, you can see the owners almost everyday. You can interact with them unlike other people in higher positions. They can give you a bonus if your performance is good. Employees are great. The work environment is comfortable with your colleagues who also loves to laugh in the most busy hours. But you can see that most employees here are not well-compensated.
    The challengesSince they can directly interact with their people, they also have direct control to them. For example, for appropriate sanctions and rules, which should be HR's job, they can suspend you directly without allowing the HR to do their job.

    The good thingsI enjoy my boss' passion for excellence. He never tolerates complacency/ good enough results. He strives to bring out the best in us by making sure nobody gets contented with minimal developments but excellent performance at all times. Its business has so much potential for growth.
    The challengesThe management should work on improving employees compensation & benefits. They should base it not only in designations & credentials but should also consider distributing workloads. The company is somehow understaff. Its potential could be unleashed if there's enough manpower to handle the load.
