    A really good company but still a start-up
    The good things-Work environment, culture and flexible work arrangement. -HR and Executive management is really attentive and proactive to the needs of the employees. -Good upskill platforms. -Exposure to international projects and work with big firms.
    The challenges-Start-up company, still unstable with layoffs as of 2023 -No pay raise. -Small to No recognition at all to the milestones of the projects
