    Overall the Company will make Every employees work as a group. It has policies and procedures which will make your job much easier. The salary depends on the Division/Department that you will be assigned to.
    The good thingsWork Load is not that Heavy or Hard to do. The experiences will really train you to be a better employee. The Salary is not that good but its Decent.
    The challengesLots of Egos from the Top Management. Employees comparing their job to yours. Their salary to yours. And the first violators of the Policies are the Top Management themselves.
