Lack of strong support from some supervisors/heads which affects team's morale. Prioritizes being good in the eyes of the head rather than backing up his downlines.
Artists put in a situation where instead of becoming supportive of each other, the system pushes them to pit against each other.
Improve on fairness, accountability of heads and support within the management could really improve the overall work. Create a more supportive and "REAL" collaborative environment and this could be one of the best agencies out there.
HR head could improve in how she handles employee interaction, can be respectful and considerate, not discourteous. Very DOLEable. lol.
