Everything was great except the HR
The good thingsGood working environment. Everyone was really nice to work with - from staffs, managers, to the bosses. You'll get to learn alot and people will guide you on how to do things and also give you opportunities to improve yourself.
The challengesThen HR Dept is very incompetent. They usually change certain policies without sending out memorandums to the employees (attendance, etc.) They don't reply on your concerns in emails, text messages, or even answer calls especially during this pandemic. They are very slow in processing adjustment in salaries and last pays, sending out payslips, and even requesting for COE and other documents takes so long.

Great for fresh grad seeking an intensive experience
The good thingsGood for fresh graduates who are looking for an intensive experience. The company provides trainings and most of the supervisors and other coworkers are generous when it comes to knowledge. The company have a wide range of construction specialization from Civil, Structural, to Architectural and there is no limit to the knowledge you can gain (only if you're not lazy). There is also an abundance of "diskarte" you can gain from workers and the likes. Christmas parties and company outings are things to look forward to.
The challengesSame with other companies, you really have to weave a lot of workplace issues and politics. However, there are knowledge to gain from them and it's only up to you as a professional to make the most out of it. The workload can be overwhelming but again, if you are seeking for an intensive experience, it's not such a bad thing.

    Great company to be with!
The good thingsThe top management really has love and care for their people. Despite the big number of employees, they are really generous in giving back bonuses and benefits on their employees
The challengesPerosnally, the department I'm in caters not only my employer company but also other companies the big bosses owns. So, that gave us hard time attending to the legal needs of different companies

The experience is challenging and develops your character and technical skill.
The good thingsThe employer is generous. The management is quite steady maybe because of the process they have to follow. Company's policy is systematic which requires discipline which is a good thing for self development.
The challengesThe challenge is always the daily situation you encounter unexpectedly, either dealing with the actual problem of the project or the person you are working with. You have to have relation with the people you work with to be productive and working with harmonious.

The good thingsWE HAVE A GENEROUS BOSS

    i feel belong with them
The good thingsour employers do the best way to appreciate their employees work, they give them the right benefits and privilege that an employee should receive. all employees working here are good and always follow the rules of the company because the management here are very informative and strict on implementing the rules and regulation to help the employees become more productive and working safely the their work place.
The challengesthe challenge here for me is they have a big numbers of employee to the site and there are so many kind of employees who need to get in touch with their feelings and needs to perform well, but they give me and advice's and make me good in dealing different people. and soon will become an asset of this company

The good thingsWorking for almost one year in this Company allowed me to put my law degree in action, I have learned so much, specially in the handling cases involving labor law. The Compamy also provides activities such outing, team building and year end party which are undoubtedly enjoyable to all employees.
The challengesOne of the challenges I encountered is how to handle the broad responsibilities of a paralegal which is new to me considering my previous employments which are very different from this position. Luckily I have co-employees who are very supportive and cooperative, so the challenges become enjoyable for me.
