IN GOOD COMPANYThe good thingsI enjoyed the enabling environment, well-provided computer hardware and software, the Internet accessibility. Supervisors are approachable and helpful... to the point that I annoy them. A very corporate feel to the company, plus they have good wellness programs for employees.
The challengesIf you do not like repetitive and routine work, don't apply. If you are pursuing or wanting to pursue many things (grad school, advoc work, etc.), do not apply. If you don't like to be contractual or cannot wait to be regularized, do not apply. You are a cog in their corporate machine, you may need to look someplace else.
