    Recommended for fresh grads but not with experienced devs
    The good thingsThey provide good training and brownbag sessions. They got great software engineers that will train you.
    The challengesThey don't value the employees. They are just focused on sales and getting more clients. Less benefits and no allowance as well.

    The challengesManagement implements policies that are less favorable to employees (OTy). Not so competitive benefits/allowances compared to other I.T companies. Salary is average in the industry.
