    Moderate Tasks. Welfare of the employees
    The good thingsIn my experience being a programmer/support, I may say that my job isn't stressful for my tasks are moderate. There were days that weren't hectic and there were days that it was. You can be an all around IT employee when you're not assigned to the main branch(E.Rodriduez). For employees on other branches are limited to 1 up to 2 . But it is beneficial since you get more experience aside from your position. Good officemates.
    The challengesThey weren't so good at taking care of their employees. They are strict on attendance. No grace period. Automatically deducts from your salary and they implement a "tardy form" that you have to fill out in the HR office. When forgotten, your late automatically becomes a half day. Sad. But they don't guarantee sudden overtime, "OTY". No clinics, only medicines.. medicines that aren't always available. Poor HR service too, to be honest.

    What they propose is not real.
    The good thingsThey will say that you will have an incentive, good commission, well compensated... Well is not true.... They are the one that is earning big time. The things that needed for sales and showroom were employee cost like the water, the alcohol needed for the customer, the drinks for customer is at the employees cost. They will flag hiring then when you sign up contract, it indicates there that you are hired not to be an employee but a contractual. you are included in the benefits of the sss, philhealth, niether a PAGIBIG. They will tell that after your training and wasting time.
    The challengesEverything is at your own doing from delivering, from the admin, from cleaning the unit you are to deliver.

    Good.
    The good thingsI truly enjoyed my stay here because of my workmates and my supervisor. It helped me be acquainted with the car parts. It helped be deal with customers efficiently and to face them with their inquiries, demands and suggestions. Overall, my experience was great.
    The challengesIt is really challenging to deal with many customers at the same time. Some are just inquiring about the parts price, some are walk in customers and the rest come for follow up of their orders. I think the more challenging part is to deal with angry customers for mismatch parts and delayed parts.

    The challengesadjusting to managements of each brands that wheels inc. is carrying. Each brand has both similar and different ways of management which is normally in line with the company's adjustment to the how the system of the bramd they are carrying.
