Training GroundThe good thingsAnyone needs the best training area for hospital pharmacy experience abroad it would be WVMC. For the past three years, Ive learn to grow more in my career, practice my profession in different areas(e.g. ER,OR,NICU,OPD) that brings out the competitive person I am today. It also provides continuing education for employees and good benefits.
The challengesThe challenging part would be the shifting hours, we have a different schedule every week so we have to be flexible enough in managing our eating habits and sleep. Our work requires interaction with the doctors imparting the knowledge about medicines should always be accurate and we also prepare medicines for patients. The good thing is that I've learned to manage stress while having it.
