    poor performance
The good thingsi am happy because i was able to be part of this company and also they giving me a chance to work with them..but the problem is the POOR performance of the HR officer's and HR manager..as far as i know if the employee's has a good grades for the evaluation performance..they must considered it for the regularization they don' have a consideration and they are like a black politics.
The challengesits very hard to work with the unprofessional HR officers.

Working at a good company with several worst employees
The good thingsI was designated as Engineering Manager. I appreciated the latest rudiment & processes in dealing with malls admin as a tenant. Fit-out, maintenance & new construction is a very good avenue to further grow in civil engineering & construction.
The challengesThere are some officers in Western Marketing who are not a team player. They tend to manipulate the truth to their advantage. Some came to the point of lying to their teeth. I advise top management to investigate deep because some of the people they trust are extending false information.

    Recommended for fresh graduate
The good thingsI recommended WMC for a fresher who have no to little experience. They will provide you all the training and experienced. They will assigned you to a department where you can extend your potentials. The salary is not high as expected. But, will surprised that your salary might even higher to the old regular employees. You can work here as a contractual yet has a chance to become regular.
The challengesThe management do not treat their employees fairly. The workload are not equal to the compensation of the employee. The challenges here is how will you prove to your employers that you are effective and worthy to the job. If you wish to be ahead from other employers be careful to commit mistakes
