    Working with Westcon was enjoyable yet a challenging experience.
    The good thingsThere are so many wonderful things about working for Westcon. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone.
    The challengesProbably the biggest challenge working with Westcon is that your teammates are mostly located overseas. There's also little time allotted for taking certifications.

    Fast paced growth field
    The good thingsAs an Intern, I was tasked to assist in the Finance Department and the working environment is an enjoyable ride to learning and diving in understanding how the business is operating. The working conditions are great and my colleagues and our boss have a decentralized manner of accomplishing the works giving each member of the entity a platform for growth.
    The challengesThe industry of the company is fast-paced, which also require fast-paced working environment with competent individuals to accomplish quality works and reach targets. Time management, at par technical and interpersonal skills will help maintain a composed working position.

    It had an amazing time working at the office and had a lot of great opportunities to be showcase my potentials to lead a team.
    The good thingsWas given experiences for new project for new vendor and the management was very supportive of all the inputs I have given. They also manage to elevate my knowledge on technical aspects of my work as well as motivating me to be the best as for position I as aspire for.
    The challengesMaybe one of the challenge with the work I had was the volume of orders to be review, specially during month end and quarter end where we had to stay back until midnight and sometimes early morning of the next day. But in all fairness to the team and the management, we were given ample time to prepare for those days and was even given opportunity to take a leave the week after that.
