    The HR dept did not deduct Employee Benefits.
    The good thingsThe colleague in academics are superb.
    The challengesBeing in the academe is challenging specifically the qualities of student you will encounter. There's a lot of learning that we can get from these student.Challenge to people who are quite insecure and being a threat for being intelligent person.

    The good thingsGrate...Down to earth...very understanding to his employee and very supportive...that's why I'm so happy I belong to this company.
    The challengesBeing a Chairperson my role is very challenging because I handle the department to be more competitive especially in the maritime world as most of our students are maritime and as being the Head I challenge my students to go on board for them to feel the real world of Sea breeze.
