    The good things• Possess the ability to manage the time to finish the job. • Adapts quickly to changes and challenges on the job. • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and other computer application. • Proficient in both oral and written English communication. • Humble enough to learn new things and works with less supervision. • Conduct time and motion study. • Reviews, manage and propose improved process flow and work instruction. • Check and conduct proper layout • Work as a Customer Service and Inventory Controller. • Ensures that all purchased order from customers must be produce. • Plan and negotiate with production planner to prioritized in producing the stocks based on it's required delivery leadtime. • Check and ensures the availability of stocks at the Finished Goods Warehouse. • Communicate on time with customer service regarding the status of the purchased order • Provides immediate feedback for the delivery schedule for every customer. • Ensures and check that all purchased order must be complete at the Finished Goods Warehouse, before loading, and upon loading. • Work as 3PL Management Staff and Load Planner. • Knowledgeable in accrediting and sourcing of sub con truckers. • Knowledgeable in negotiating with sub con truckers with regards rate and trips allocation • Handled documentation and system compliance of all fleets • Ensures that all dedicated fleets must be utilized and maximized properly • Analyse maximization of fleet utilization. • Familiar with planning, segregating and consolidating of all customers scheduled for delivery to minimize direct cost and maximize utilization of fleets. • Ensures truck availability, on time delivery and POD return. Willing to work multi tasking jobs

    You can learn a lot here. No company is perfect. Politics is everywhere but I think it's up to the employee. In my case, I learned a lot and gained valuable experiences.
