We show concern for each employee, we encourage a open-communication for each team member to give feedbacks and comments to improve our service and meet target sales. We have regular weekly management team meeting to inform everybody in the branch of our performances and looking forward for more development of each team member that will help attract more customer

    The good thingsThey molded me into a good office worker. They made me a better person and ready to face the another chapter of my life as employee or owner maybe. The environment here is good, people are approachable, accommodating and supportive.
    The challengesSince this is my first job, I found everything as difficult at first, but as time goes by I learned to dance in every music, they influenced me to work happy and just enjoy every moment, I know now how to mingle in every types of people.

    My Wendy's work experience
    The good thingsTraining at Wendy's was good, professional and lively. The company through their training manages to not only teach basic skills to the employee but also loyalty for the company and the product. The relationships forged were also terrific for my growth as a person and as a part of the labor force. The support system was great. The company managed to instill in me a sense of pride to be w/ them.
    The challengesCompensation could be improved, benefits could also be increased, career advancement, too. Also, it would be great if the company could provide more financial support to part-time employees who are also studying.
