    My project manager taught me to do all things without the help of other engineers. Just only me. He guided me and trained me to be a project in-charge by work but not in position for almost 8 months before hiring a project in-charge.. from requesting of materials up to installation of materials..
    The good thingsmy co workmates uplift me everytime i feel alone in the project..
    The challengesmay salary is not worth it..

    The good thingsCo workers are great, they will guide you and help you in times of need. They will teach you everything you need to know first before giving you specific task.
    The challengesAs an intern the job is pretty much everything they need to be done that the intern can do. It is expected though since it is an internship, besides you get to know almost everyone in the company and how to interact with them so its still great.
