    So much workload and low compensation
    The good thingsAll employees are very approachable. You will grow interacting with different kind of people on field. Good for starters and gaining experience, a stepping stone for future undertaking.
    The challengesVery low salary versus work. Prioritize new employees not old. Hardly increase salary even though your performance is outstanding. Does not depends if your experience or not they will give the same compensation, doesnt value your hardwork.
