    Great place to work with. School-like atmosphere with helpful things to learn.
    The good thingsBenefits were good, raffles every Friday were fun, free food every Friday (and on Holidays) was convenient as well, transportation allowance is helpful, aside from that you get a load allowance as well as 20 paid leaves for the whole year! However, your co-workers will be the main reason you'll love to work here. People have great attitudes!
    The challengesChallenges on HS Code familiarization (the technical know-hows), Classification according to General Interpretative Rules, work around on ACV, more on the technical side. POLITICS is also one of the biggest challenges here.

    The good thingsThe technical knowledge that this company imparts on its employees are worth the job. When I got into Webb Fontaine, I was not familiar with the Business and Trade Dealings when it comes to a country's Customs Duties. Little did I know that Tariff Classification is an all-embracing profession. It caters to wide selection of fields such as engineering, medicine, food technology, and more.
    The challengesThe obvious challenge that I faced was being unfamiliar with the Customs Classification since it is not part of my background knowledge. Moreover, I got into Webb Fontaine during the start-up of its Ivory Coast project. The expectations and workload were very high when we started so there were a lot of efforts that the company had asked from us.
