    It’s my first job and I’m thrilled to work cause what if I fail and I don’t get my job done but so far they trained me so well until I learn my job. It was a mix emotion but at the end I am happy and grateful that WVC is one of my stepping stone in the real world.

    The good thingsIf they want to give you your requested supplies like office supplies and/or safety needs, they will give you. if they don't want, sorry for yourself.
    The challengesThe salary is not enough for me and there is always something/someone blocking my job evaluation. Even if you do good in your job, they won't noticed you. But if you did something wrong even a simple or small mistake, they will surely not re-contract you and fire you.

    The good thingsI had a great memories in this company. I learned a lot and i have good and great co-workers. Great superior and welling to help their employee. Great worker to work with. They are very kind people. Wall vision is my stepping of my career and I thank for that. I want to be part of them for my future.
    The challengesI found challenging when i was assign to handle people. At first its so hard for me to handle them. My worry is if they will follow my instructions or can I handle them properly. At first its so hard to please them because its my first time to handle them. But later on I realize that I can be a good leader.
