    Policies are always straightforward. have to be always careful
    The good thingsGood managers and there is free food in the pantry.
    The challengesIt was OK at the start until they had policies that were too straightforward, it was like working at a Japanese company. Guidelines were made clear from the start and should always be followed. Even tasks should align with them. A bit hassle for me since I am not used to this process

    The good thingsA company where we can somehow be ourselves. The career growth here is unexpectedly fast since you learn from different tasks almost everyday. There are just a vast range of generations which causes some issues around the workplace. But the president has a workaround on those cases. Thankful.

    Good place to work overall
    The good thingsI worked in Tech and I found it very easy to be able to get my work done. The biggest issue that our office location is in the busy district of Makati. You get to know the people work their very well and the higher ups were not super strict. There was also issues with getting all your hours after the holidays past. Overall a good place to work.

    The good thingsI learned from this company the virtue of patience, integrity, and teamwork. You will learn to be patient with clients' needs, do what is right even though there are some lapses, and work well with others because you need others' help to survive.     The good thingsW-Tech has been my home for 5 years. Although there are ups and downs, I did not feel alone as I did my job. My coworkers was there for me even on the hard tasks. I could never find such company with good workmanship like my coworkers here. This is what I will miss.

    The good thingsCan advance as a team lead quickly if focused on performance metrics. Good benefits but can get pricey if you need family plans. Pay in decent, top end is solid but could be better and takes time to get there.

    The good thingsThe work gives a lot to learn and my coworkers were great. Saw a lot of changes in management and the hours fluctuated a lot. They sometimes ask you to work in other departments when they are understaffed.

    The good thingsThe people in the whole company are so lively and easy to be with. Also the supervisors/boss are also cool enough to mingle and have fun with us. There are also manyy of opportunities in terms of growth and development but with the cost of heavy workload and going out of your comfort zone most of the time.
