W stands for Worst company ever. Long working hours, incompetent managers, LOTS of micromanagement.
The good thingsGood colleagues but management no to much.
The challengesEverything is a work in progress. All process are manually performed, and lack of support for continuous improvement. Management does not support the use of technology. All software used in this company are either cracked/unlicensed or using the free modules provided by the software.

    Terrible management and poor benefits
The good thingsThe company itself is stable because of their business.
The challengesPoor benefits. Bonus is always late and they are not transparent how it is computed. It's always "management discretion". Office politics. Owners are not consistent with their management direction. They don't trust managers and there is no job security because you can be removed anytime even without due process.

    No rules
The good thingsThey pay salary well. The company CEO is sociable and very down to earth.
The challengesCompany is new to facility management thus it has no procedures set. There is no clear vision on things they want as they change their procedures often. Every approach made was trial and error. if the remedy works then good but if it doesn't then try different approach experiment again. There is a lot of justification needed before even a single screw is to be purchased but demands a lot to be maintained well. It is like you are being sent to war without any ammunition.

A workplace that will set your feet to wider and higher ground.
The good thingsThe company challenged me with big projects that helped me to learn and develop more skills. They equipped me with training and support to attain goals. A workplace where the Top Management provides an open door for opinions and meet great people.
The challengesSeeking approval that requires a bigger investment and uplifting team members to support the project.

Not good when it comes to handling employees
The good thingsThe main rule is no rule. This means that you are free to work and solve problem or issues in your own terms.
The challengesSince the company is new to real property industry, setting its standards is the most challenging work. Plus they lack information that you may be needing in oder to finish a certain task.

Perfect fit for those who are driven to learn how to run a company
The good thingsLearned a lot of skills aside from my main function of selling Warm, friendly & helpful colleagues Top Management that listens to your views & opinions Great office location & space At least once a quarter travels to attend expos & to visit clients abroad
The challengesLonger work hours than the average (8 am to 6:30 pm, M-F) Once you're a trusted employee, a lot of task can be assigned to you even outside of your job description. Thus one needs to learn the art of saying no as well as delegation.

    Worth The Experience
The good thingsSkills exposure and improvements. If you’ll be working under the Office of the Chairman, your job description somehow changes from time to time or whenever he wants, but worth the experience because you’re learning alot from him, and your skills will improve. You’ll also learn how to be really meticulous or attention to details to your work, from start to the end - which is great!.
The challengesTravel time, because from QC to BGC takes about one and a half hour travel.

Solid work experience and training gained
The good thingsFlexible working hours are great, especially now with the intense traffic in Metro Manila. Working at W will give employees solid training. Good opportunity and work experience, especially for fresh graduates.
The challengesAs with any company, work is challenging and stressful at times. Management is supportive, provided that KPI and expected work performance are met.

Good training ground in building your passion to work hard and dream big.
The good thingsThe company sent me to training both local and overseas which in turn helped me to be more knowledgeable about our products and build the confidence to deliver more wins for the company. The working environment was superb for the newbies in the workforce, it is fun and encourages everyone to think outside the box and be creative.
The challengesCompensation and other benefits can be improved. Also introducing people as part of management that has more knowledge and experience of outside market or from MNC can enhance strategic growth.

    Management Style Problem
The good thingsA good training ground if you want solid work experience.
The challengesThe Company is not open in investing in its people. They treat employees as mere \"workers\" and not assets of the company. There are too many works to accomplish.

    A New Chapter of Life
The good thingsMost of employees are approachable and they treated me like I'm one of them, like I've been working there for a year. They taught me me how to deal with your colleagues as well as to those Executives of the company. They also taught me on a basic knowledge about my field for me to be ready when I look for my job. I learned them a lot, most especially on being passionate on your work. That's it!
The challengesIn every thing, there is always a challenge right? In this company, I faced a lot of challenges but I overcame it of course, with the help of my trainer. The very challenging here is when I was given a task that is not familiar to me and was too afraid that I can't do the task given to me. It's hard, that's true but it will be easy if you have the courage to ask and to learn new things.
