    The good thingsGood ONLY for freshies and career shirfters who are interested in certifications
    The challengesHR boasts of generous incentives, but most of these incentives are lowered or no longer given to employees. Management loves to lowball your base salary, your increase, everything. Expect employment bond for every certification and training you will get. HMO is very limited.

Knowlegeable on technical troubleshooting of computer hardware and software and other VST-ECS partner IT product. Handling of giving technical solution on other branches of VST-ECS thru ticketing with regards on ASUS product
    The good thingsWorking in VST-ECS Phils as Service engineer is one of my dream job since when i was intern in the said company, As an IT graduate i've learned a lot of skill and improved my knowledge whith regards on my IT profession specially when interms of technical problem solving in computer harware and software and other IT equipment.
    The challengesWorking in VST-ECS Phils as a Service engineer is one of my challenging job role, I've been start working in VST-ECS Phils without experience in IT industry and my only knowledge in Information technology was i've learned in college, it was exciting and difficult to start without knowing what kind of work will you been facing off. But time and time i've learned and improved my skill with the help of my senior engineer until become one of the best engineer in the said organization.

I love the people around me my boss and other business head who continually guides and help each and everyone of us to reach one goal that is Deliver Greatness. It also teaches me to humble myself always to be able to reach and be reach by other co employee. Its an avenue for me to grow more and more and improve myself and know more about the business.
    The challengesWe are a Distributor of IT products and we need to have numbers of each and every product we sell. Plus we need a good working relationship with our vendor and business partners. The Challenges is always on our attitudes towards work and others. If we feel that we’ve been pressured we should think why do we feel that way or try to ask ourselves have we prepared for that challenge? Are you ready for a challenge?

    MSI-ECS will build your dreams and goals into reality.
    The good thingsThe ambiance is excellent, the people are nice, my employer's are very easy to work with. They will not only guide you in your work but they'll also protect you so that you won't be lost in track to your dreams.
    The challengesI have never experienced a single challenge because my co-workers, employers and friends have made my stay in MSI-ECS very light. Maybe the travel time and the road traffic going to the office is a challenge.

    Worst employee benifits of any large companies in the Philippines. My regularization is October then the increase take effect in January. After a year they will say increase evaluation is January then effectivity is April?
