It was good, but not wise to stay long in this company.The good thingsI enjoyed working in this company because the working environment is great especially to your fellow co-workers. We have a good harmony about our work. The working schedule is good like Monday to Friday only. The company is not very strict. Workload is enough not that heavy.
It is very hard to leave in this company because Co-workers' harmony is AWESOME, but financial burden is greatly increasing. :(
The challengesI did not enjoy here in this company are the following
1. They usually conduct performance evaluation for the sake of formality, but after the evaluation you will not receive salary increase especially if you perform well in every evaluation. They don't have annual salary increase.
2. New employees received better compensation packages than old employees.
3. When they learned that you can do well in certain things, they will appoint you to that position but there will be no salary adjustment.
4. In Training and Development, they are reluctant to provide seminars/trainings/conventions especially for PRC Holders even if the company is using their licenses. (bias)
These are some that I'd observed working in this company. Hopefully, this feedback from me will help them to improve their management and compensation package for employees - especially for employees working from more than 2 years.
