    Trade Marketing Department | Employee
The good thingsOne of the best employers in the country. During my stay in the company, I was given a chance to deal people, both internal and external clients, which helped me improve as an employee. I must say that I've had the best supervisor who also helped me improve my craft with proper mentoring and coaching. Employment comes with competitive salary and perks. Over all, it's really a good company.
The challengesRedundancy of tasks. No concrete/standard flow of internal processes. In my department, there are times that we had to work on a weekend even during holidays.

    Fun. Competitive. Supportive.
The good thingsI enjoy working with my colleagues who are very supportive, friendly and fun to be with. You meet and build relationship with a lot of people in the company. What I love about Vivo it that the environment is very millennial.
The challengesVery fast-paced with no work-life-balance. Too much pressure especially when there's new product launch in the market. You'll have to work long hours / overtime without pay. Low salary as well. New office will be located in BGC too far from most employees.

    Culture
The good thingsManagement was receptive to adapt to the local culture while ensuring to influence the members to understand and adapt the culture of Vivo as well. They are result oriented and gives value to individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to meet the objectives of the organization. Vivo allows even fresh graduates to have the exposure that would help them to become better working professionals.
The challengesVery fast paced. Changes are made in a moment to adjust to the current needs. You need to be able to do multiple tasks at any given time. Work can be long hours especially during big events. Excuses are not acceptable, only meeting the objectives and results matters. You need to think fast, act fast and have the patience to learn and adjust.

Chance is always depend on what you have in your present.
The good thingsIn my 3 years as a Merchant coordinator in North Luzon and my 2 yrs as a Area Business Lead in Region 2. Exploring the whole are one of my favorite. Listening to your business partners from both positive and negative reaction. One most highlights about in this job looking at all your clientsas a strong and growing entrepreneur.
The challengesThe hardest part for me is that when they no longer trying their best to work out the business that we've share to them, also when the business is no longer existing.

I was a good supervisor and the company gives the best and full support to us and for us individuals they aim us to be success
The good thingsWorking as supervisor, ammending a rule for the employees of vivo under our supervisions, the admins are valuable and kind for all the things. The very best of the company is that issueing us a memorandom for update monthly wether ther is something new or change in the company premises and comply to us if has a good performance or concerns to the highest position before us.
The challengesThe challenges ive faced in the company is that many events was so confius in the first but then i actually learned how to handle peaople and how to talk to those in high positions like mayors or mayors secretaries. Teachers and managers as long as our trade marketing manager who mold us to be strong and to think better for the company. It is the benefit to us to change and to give our full effort to help as the company well grow as the others.

    HR Intern Experience
The good thingsAll the HR officers and other employees were friendly. They let us (interns) experience what we should experience during our internship. I've learned a lot from this company since they are open to us and let us feel that we are part of them, and not just interns. It feels like family while working in this company.
The challengesChallenges plays a vital role in every company, but you can't be successful without encountering challenges along the way. This company made me realize that stress is part of our everyday life, but it is we that make this stress helpful and encouraging or make us a failure.
