    I have been into many companies, but Viventis has a special place in my heart. I see myself staying in this company for good.
    The good things- Good working environment - Good training for individuals aspiring to stay in the field of Recruitment - Your colleagues are family - Work-life balance (depending on your role) - Leads are compassionate - Project New U (company will buy you a laptop of your choice, so long as you stay in the company for a certain period of time) - Good location (for commuters and people who have cars) - Great company events (Monthly Townhall, Company Anniversary, Christmas Party, Sports Feast, Karaoke Night, etc.) - Management is giving away Christmas Gifts/Goodies, Halloween Trick or Treat Goodies, Birthday Gift (GC) - Free coffee, 3-in-1 in the career hub, brewed in Headquarters (of course this is essential) - Allowances includes Rice Allowance, Communications Allowance (or Company provided SIM), Annual Medicine Allowance, Annual Dental/Optical Allowance and Annual Clothing Allowance And many more!
    The challengesNo company is perfect, and so there are several things that the company has to improve. I prefer not to disclose it here.

    Arguably one of the most progressive company in the country
    The good thingsthe company recently implemented the hybrid set-up and that has been a big help to us. especially for me since i live quite far away from the hq. our productivity increased significantly because of that, but to be honest, the vibe in the office (the overall culture and co-workers) is so good that i really don't mind going to the office more than we are required to. they give so much opportunity to grow too and the appreciation they give to their employees is so empowering. i rated the salary average for now as i've been in the company for nearly a year and i am fairly new in the working sector in general, but viventis is very generous in terms of incentives and rewards. i can honestly see myself working here for a very long time.
    The challengesif you want to work here, you must be proactive and willing to learn in order for you to succeed here. in terms of workload i can only speak from my experience and field of work, we get extremely busy at times but i never really feels like it's suffocating.

    great for short term stints
    The good thingsThey give good opportunities and challenges. Work entails 8 hours per day, 5 days a week which is a norm.
    The challengesEver changing policies for benefits and double standards. Best to look for companies with stable policies specially for things that will matter to you in the long run. Atmosphere is very conducive for working.

    Colleagues became a family
    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed working here was I formed good relationship with my colleagues, majority even became a family. The benefits are also good and helpful, not to mention the Executive Director's generosity.
    The challengesI believe the challenges that I faced during my days in this company was that I did not gained very much, at least professionally. I felt useless, like I am not contributing very much to the company and I cannot unleash my full potential and capabilities. My career growth was very slow which led me to decide of leaving the company.
